Custom-printed souvenir id cards

For custom-printed souvenir ID cards (with your name, photo, callsign, etc.), returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error. If the error is ours (wrong details, wrong color, or damage during shipping), we will replace the card at no additional cost to you.

Standard, non-custom souvenir id cards

For standard, non-custom souvenir ID cards, returns are generally accepted within 14–30 days, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact. Please note that you may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Important conditions

To process a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Refunds will typically be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
